16.2 ccd444 aims to resolve all Player disputes within ten (10) business days of the dispute being formally submitted in writing to support. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to pursue alternative dispute resolution in good faith before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
16.3 These terms shall be interpreted in the English language. Any translation provided for convenience shall not affect the interpretation of the English-language version, which shall prevail in all cases.
